How to submit a CUA (Condition Upon Arrival)

When a product is found to be damaged on an inbound product shuttle, a CUA must be filled out by 10a the same day. A CUA can also be submitted for trailer condition issues. If a trailer has a damaged floor, wall, or roof or otherwise poses a safety risk, please submit a CUA to alert the RDC.
